Ich hab ebend eine Nachricht gekriegt (kann man auch auf der Website nachlesen von CWC) , dass Cold-War-Crisis durch einen Serverwechsel für eine gewisse Zeit down gehen wird und dies von 22:00:00 Uhr am Donnerstag bis zu etwa 2-3 Stunden.

Hi guys,this Thursday CWC will move to a new Server. The site will probably be down for a few hours and therefore not accessible.
During Thursday afternoon all relevant data will be transfered to the new Server. At a specifc time the Server will completely shut-down (to avoid any changes on the database, the forum, the site and files) and then transfer the rest (f.e. new posts made till the afternoon etc.) to the new Server.
The Server will stop working at about
22:00:00 Thu Oct 21 2004 (Etc/GMT 1 Berlin)
or
03:00:00 p.m. Thu Oct 21 2004 (Etc/GMT-7 Chicago)
and take a few hours, maybe less. After that the CWC page will be back working as usual, you wont notice any difference
