Die Gerüchteküche über ein neues Command and Conquer läuft wieder auf Hochtouren, diesmal hat CnCDEN und die PC Games dieses Gerücht entfacht, Lion von CnCDEN glaubt das auf der E3 dieses Jahr wohl das neue C&C Enthüllt wird. Und natürlich ist wieder das alte Foto das damals (mitte 2004) aufgetaucht ist dabei:

Die offizielle Enthüllung von Command & Conquer 3 könnte kurz bevorstehen, glaubt die Fanseite CnCden.com. Ursprung des Gerüchts ist ein Auszug des US-Magazins PC Gamer, das einen „weltexklusiven Ausblick“ auf die neue Folge einer Echtzeit-Strategieserie verspricht. Um welche Serie es geht, bleibt der Spekulation überlassen: „Rufen Sie sich, wenn Sie möchten, eine Echtzeit-Strategieserie ins Gedächtnis – eine äußerst beliebte, die seit einiger Zeit aus dem Rampenlicht verschwunden ist. Nein, nicht die – die andere. Genau, die ist es“, heißt es im Heft – gemeint sein könnte durchaus ein neues C&C, ebenso jedoch auch ein Starcraft 2 oder Warcraft 4.

We’ll call it a teaser.PC Gamer: „Imagine, if you will, an RTS franchise – a hugely popular one that’s been out of the lime-light for a while. No, not that one, the other one. Yes, that’s it. Now imagine picking up the June issue of PCG and seeing that we’ve got a world exclusive scoop on the new game in the series. Wouldn’t that be glorious?“
The key to that snippet is „out of the lime-light“. That would fit for Command & Conquer and maybe a few other RTS franchises. But it does narrow the field when your talking hugely popular and MIA at the same time. If anything, it gives us a glimmer of hope. I’m betting by the time the E3 Expo rolls around, we’ll be hearing some good news. Call it Lion’s all-seeing eYe. cheesy
Hier auf Deutsch von Lion: Der Schlüssel zu diesem Text ist aus dem Rampenlicht gerückt. Das stimmt mit Command & Conquer und vielleicht ein paar anderen RTS Spielen überein. Aber die Auswahl verkleinert sich wenn du über sehr berühmt Spiel nachdenkst. Es gibt es uns einen Hoffnungsschimmer. Ich wette, dass wir, bis die Expo E3 heranrollt, noch einige gute Nachrichten hören werden. Nennt es das allsehende Auge eines Löwen.
Ich persönlich denke das Lion recht haben könnte und auf der E³ wirklich etwas von Electronic Arts zum zukünftigen Command and Conquer enthüllt werden könnte, aber warten wir es erstmal ab, die Zeit wird es zeigen 🙂
