Schnelle Schweden:
Wie die Schwedischen Kollegen von BF2.se berichten wird Heute um 18:00 Uhr – also in weniger als zwei Stunden ein 8,9MB (bzw. 362 MB als FULL) leichter Hotfix für Battlefield2 zum Download freigegeben.
Der Patch kann über den EA Downloader geladen werden, jedoch werden auch viele Newsseiten (u.A. auch BF2.se) diese Files hosten, womit auch „nicht Downloader Nutzer“ den Patch bequem laden können.

Das Changelog aus dem Betatest:
– Server-Stabilität wurde verbessert
– Handhabung des Tiger-Kampfhubschraubers wurde angepasst
– Bei allen Unterstützungswaffen wurde eine Verzögerung des Fadenkreuzes hinzugefügt, wenn vom Stand in die Liegeposition gewechselt wird
– Die Abweichung des MG36 und PKM wurde angepasst, um im Einklang mit den anderen Unterstützungswaffen zu sein
– Beim P90 wurde die Schussrate von 600 auf 900 Kugeln pro Minute erhöht
– Ein Problem bei der Zielerfassung auf diversen Öltürmen wurde behoben
– Ein Exploit in der Karte „Great Wall“ wurde behoben
– Diverse Exploits in den Karten „Dragon Valley“ und „Karkand“ wurden behoben

Hi Everyone,
Patch 1.22 is about to be released and will available on EA Downloader within the next few hours. The release of this patch is in line with our ongoing effort to make the game as enjoyable as possible, releasing quicker fixes addressing some of the things that you want to see changed.
We’re still hard at work on version 1.3, which will see the addition of some additional, sought-after changes. When we have more information to share with you on 1.3 we will, in the meantime, please find below the list of fixes in 1.22:
* Improved Server Stability
* Adjusted handling of the Tiger attack chopper
* Increased delay for aiming reticule when going from movement to prone on all support weapons
* Adjusted deviation on MG36 and PKM to be in line with other support weapons
* Increased rpm from 600 to 900 on the P90
* Fixed Lock on error on certain Oil towers
* Fixed a Great Wall Exploit
* Fixed exploits on Dragon Valley and Karkand
