Widescreen support will be the proper horizontal+, no stretching or chopping the top and bottom off:
widescreen will support increased horizontal viewing and no chopping off vertically, if you have a widescreen, you do have an advantage,
I can just imagine all the whining we will hear about this being unfair, just like the higher resolutions in RA2 giving you a better view of the battlefield.
We asked about support for multiple monitors since Supreme Commander has it (you can use one monitor as a dedicated map rather than using the minimap) and we thought C&C3 would …but no.
Multiple monitors, I don’t think that is possible, I’ve certainly not heard of it being supported, cool idea though.
